Faults and Complaints

If you are a Telstra Wholesale customer, and you have a fault or complaint to submit, you can do this via the Telstra Wholesale Customer Portal. If you do not have access to the Customer Portal, please contact your Service Manager or call 1300 TWSERVICE (1300 897 378).

Sometimes things happen beyond our control that mean we can’t connect or fix faults to standard telephone services in our usual time frames, or even keep appointments. These situations can include natural disasters, extreme weather conditions and instances where our facilities have been damaged through no fault of our own.

 

We have detailed plans and processes in place to get your services back up and running as soon as possible in the event of such an interruption.
